120 Acres and  Tombstone Creek

Two branches of Tombstone Creek travels through this 120 acres all year with another creek that begins on the property. There is a spring fed pond and a dug pond, an old water well, power and a perimeter fence!

This is the one!

On the west end of the place is a nice grove of pines on a hill with a great building spot that takes in the local view along with the Winding Stair Mountains and the Kiamichi Mountain Range. The property is up close to the northern slopes of the Kiamichi Mountain Range.

Lots of hay meadow and groups of trees.

Located on a country county corner, asphalt on the north line and gravel maintained on the east side.

Ample amounts of white tail deer, black bear are harvested in this area and tall, tall turkey. Hogs can be hunted all year in the area. With all the ponds in the area, geese and duck and other birds come by such as bald eagle, ocelot and great blue herons.

2 1/2 hours to Dallas, 2 1/2 hours to Tulsa and 3 hours to OKC.

Broken Bow Lake, Wister Lake and Sardis Lake are close by as is the Ouachita National Forest just 8 miles away.
