120 Acres and Tombstone Creek
Two branches of Tombstone Creek travels through this 120 acres all year with another creek that begins on the property. There is a spring fed pond and a dug pond, an old water well, power and a perimeter fence!

2 1/2 hours to Dallas, 2 1/2 hours to Tulsa and 3 hours to OKC.
Broken Bow Lake, Wister Lake and Sardis Lake are close by as is the Ouachita National Forest just 8 miles away.
